Broadway Market Street

Broadway Market Street - Saturday's Market - Part 2 by Bartosz Gajec

Fishmongers by Fin & Flounder for all fish enthusiasts. Fresh and some of the creatures still alive.

Climpson & Sons was one of the first coffee places on Broadway Market, they are also coffee roasters. The coffee served  there is one of the best coffees in London in my opinion! This is my favourite place on market day as you could sit down next to the window and look at the market activity and all sorts of individuals so common in East London.

Cat & Mutton was my favourite local bar where you could've sit down outside and enjoy your beer in the sun, filled with fashionable and laid back people. Bar was sold couple of years ago following new interior fit out and new atmosphere which frankly is not to my taste anymore.

Kiosk is specialising in variety of organic teas as well as all kinds of cakes. Minimal and cosy interior fit out.

La Bouche is a French Cafe and grocery store with great coffee, tasty food and friendly staff. Recommend this place!

Off Broadway is an American style Cocktail Bar where you could buy American beer on tap like Brooklyn Lager for example and really good cocktails!  Small place and it could be overcrowded on weekends.

Pavilion is the bakery opened recently with organic bread, croissants and cakes.

Broadway Market Street - Started my True Love for London - Part 1 by Bartosz Gajec

"...when a man is tired of London, he is tired of life...' Samuel Johnson

I love London, I love East London even more, if that makes sense. I found here my place on Earth, my home and it seems like I'm almost addicted to this place...It is like a heroin to me, I inhale every moment in here, stop the time and enjoy! Even on the Underground in a rush hour! This place is so full of possibilities, you could be here anyone you want and if you have a talent there is no better place on earth to explore it! Most people cannot understand my devotion to this city, they all complaining how London is a strange place, how life is so hard in here, how lonely they feel. They all spend long time talking about leaving this place soon as they can't develop their career or achieve what they want but time past by and they are still here...complaining! Me? I just want them to shut and quote S. Johnson!

London for me is an endless adventure that started in 2006 on Broadway Market Street.
